As part of my strategy to modularize WWE.com, leverage feeds, promote social networks, user sharing and promote widgets for building pages, it was absolutely necessary to re-architect the layout for the website's main templates. For years, the site depended on a double-navigation, three-column based layout. Due to various obstacles like CMS limitations, advertisement contracts, work-flow issues, lack of manpower and years of ad hoc implementations of the secondary nav, the request for a site re-work was never made possible.
